Shipping Policy
- Shipping of all products will be done only within India and following shipping charges will be incurred:
| 1. | For order value of Rs. 800/- and above | Free Shipping |
| 2. | For order value below Rs. 800 /- | Shipping Charges will be applicable as per delivery location Pin code of the Customer. |
- All orders (except for Milk and milk products) will be processed in 7 (seven) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing order by the Customer.
- Orders for Milk and Milk products will be processed in 3 (Three) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing order by the Customer.
- However in case of any ‘Force Majeure’ events such as war, epidemics, labour strikes, riots, acts of God, Natural disasters , pandemics etc., company reserve the right to cancel the order or re-schedule the delivery to another date.
- Once an order is placed, customer cannot change the shipping address.
- Company’s appointed delivery agent will attempt delivery of the products once or max twice in case the delivery is not executed during the attempts, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made.
