Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is applicable for all orders place from India only.

Kindly note as of now we do not accept any International orders.

Customer can cancel its order within 24 for perishable goods with shelf life of 2 days or less and within 48 hours for other perishable and non- perishable goods of placing an order by reaching out to our customer support team by writing a cancellation request at support@aphra.in or by contacting us on 9969103399 with order details and order id.

In case Customers cancels the order after the timeline given above or refuses to take the delivery, he/she shall be liable to pay cancellation charge of either Rs. 100/- or 20% of the order amount, whichever is higher. (Apart from the courier charges which are non refundable).

Refund for the order cancelled shall be approved within 24-48 business hours after cancellation request is duly processed by us. For payment done through credit/debit cards, UPI or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 7(Seven) business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy:

Company provides easy option of return, replacement and refund of products to customers.
  • Goods sold are eligible for Return, Replacement and Refund only on following terms and conditions:
    • If goods received by the customer are in physically damaged condition.
    • If goods delivered to the customer are different from goods ordered.
    • If goods received by the customer are defective.

    Goods classification:

2.Other Perishable and Non–Perishable goods.These goods are eligible for replacement or return, within 7 days of delivery of goods, in unlikely events of damage, defect or different item delivered to customer.

Intimation for replacement, return/ refund along with reason and product image shall be emailed to support@aphra.in within above mentioned timeline in order to take corrective actions. If the customer highlights the issues beyond the timeline, then company may decline to entertain the query/ request/concern/ complaint. The company will not bear the loss or claim arising due to not highlighting the query/request/concern/ complaint within above- mentioned timeline.

    • Return, Replacement and Refund will not be accepted under following conditions:
      • Goods are damaged due to misuse.
      • Goods are used, altered or tampered.
      • Goods are returned without the original price tags, labels, packing material.
      • Product coding (Batch Details and MRP) is tampered.
      • If the request is initiated after the given timeline as above.
    • Procedure for Return, Replacement and Refund:

Customers are requested to submit their request at support@aphra.in or contact us on 9969103399 with the following details:

    • Order Id
    • Reason for return/replacement/refund along with product image and Invoice.

Once request is received, company shall initiate the goods pick -up from the delivery address of the customer. Refund or replacement will be processed only if the products are received by us in original packaging condition with seal, labels and barcodes intact.

Replacement of the goods is subject to availability of the stock. In case replacement is not available, we shall refund the full amount to the customer.

For the payment done through credit/debit card, UPI or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which payment was made after receiving and verifying the returned goods. It may take 7(Seven) business days for the amount to reflect in customers bank account.

4. Disclaimer:

“We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly and indirectly out of the decline of authorization of transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time”.Any difference between the representational image and the original product is for advertorial purposes only.
