Cancellation Return & Refund Policy

The below cancellation policy is applicable for all orders placed from India only. We do not do international shipments as of now. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY 
 
1. Cancellation before shipment 
If the order that you wish to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on support@apha.in  along with the order details and order id. 

 
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. 
 
For payments done through credit/debit cards, UPI or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 
 
2. Cancellation after shipment / delivery 
 In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. 
 
For payments done through credit/debit cards, UPI or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 
 
 
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUND POLICY 
 Goods sold are eligible for Returns Replacement and Refund only upon fulfilment of the following conditions 
 
1. The goods delivered are in a physically damaged condition. 
2. The goods delivered are different from what was ordered. 
3. The goods are defective. 
4. The intimation with reason for replacement / refund along with the product image is sent to support@aphra.in  within 48 hours after receiving the product. 
 
Returns Replacement and Refund will not be accepted under the following conditions: 
 1. Product is damaged 
2. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse 
3. Product is used or altered 
4. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels 
5. Product Coding (Batch Details and MRP) is tampered with 
6. If a request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery 
7. Follow the following process to initiate a return / replacement / refund 
 
Process to be followed for Returns Replacement and Refund 
 
Submit a request to support@aphra.in and call us on 9969103399 with following details 
 1. Order ID 
2. Reason for return 
3. Confirm if you wish to avail a replacement or a refund 
4. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. 
 
Once your request is received, we will initiate product pickup. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact. 
 
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
